Do you believe that your voice isn’t loud enough to be heard above the noise anymore?
Do you read the headlines everyday and feel an empty pit in your stomach…as if you’re completely alone?

If you’ve answered YES, then you’ve fallen for the Wizard of Oz lie.  But once you pull back the curtain, you realize there are only a few people pressing the buttons, and their voices are weak. While the voices you hear in the distance may sound intimidating, as if they surround us from all sides—the truth is very different...

The truth is…they don’t surround us…We Surround Them.

We The People of Washington State, are fellow patriots with both great love and great concern for our country at the local, state and national levels. We are a true grassroots organization formed in Vancouver, Washington. We begin our work locally and believe our immediate attention must be given to the following founding principles:

Our Constitution: This is the single greatest work of national deliberation the world has ever seen. We must find new ways to teach our history, our values and our founding principles. We must uphold the only instrument protecting us from tyranny. Is our resolve where it should be to honor all who have fought and died for it?

We The People: We are a republic, and we, the people, have civil responsibilities to uphold our Constitution and enforce our laws. The partisanship game is over - we will no longer be distracted by it. We must wake up and get involved. If not us, Who? If not now, When?

Representative Government: We need new guards for our future security. Proactively, we need a more deliberate effort to develop our future statesman / stateswomen. When interviewing all future candidates, we need to ask tougher questions, set specific expectations for representation, and review previous performance with a more thorough examination.

2010 is just around the corner. The voter giveth, and the voter taketh away.

We the People of Washington State has many members who were inspired by The 912 Project.

The day after America was attacked we were not obsessed with Red States, Blue States or political parties. We were united as Americans, standing together, supporting one another. That same feeling – that commitment to country -- is what the 912 Project is hoping to foster, to bring us all back to the place we were on 9-12-2001.

It doesn’t matter who you listen to (the news, your pastor or the talk shows) or what party you belong to (red, blue or in-between) … We The People, are looking for what is right, just, fair and holds to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights of this nation.
